1st Night in Wainright's pub

the morning after ...

JM phone home ...
 

Rush down in the dark to the New Dungeon Ghyll ...

The next day is very wet ...

Naked reveller in Lakes ?
it said fine for parking, so we did

so we go scrambling up a ghyll ...
(some pix are a little fuzzy due to poor light)

Then the fearless ascent attempt and dramatic rescue ...

then off to the Old Dungeon Ghyll quick ...

 

then off to the New Dungeon Ghyll for more beer ...

and the next day one last climbing session to finish the long weekend :)
